FAQ - How do I find a job?

Federal Work-Study Program

Students eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study Program must stop by the Office of Financail Aid when they arrive in the Fall to pick up an Authorization Form. The Office of Financial Aid will not place students directly in a job. Students will be referred to supervisors who have positions available. Each semester the
Work Study Journal will provide a summary of available positions both on campus and in the community.

Other Campus Employment

Gettysburg College provides on campus employment for approximately 45% of the student population. Many of the positions are funded through departmental budgets and are available to any student. Financial need is not a consideration.  Contact the Center for Career Development.
